Fast Wrap Pizza
Fast and easy university recipe that hits the spot every time. A healthy, thin-crust, cheap alternative to pizza without missing out on the taste! A perfect thin crust pizza with a secret twist made in 5 minutes.
Equipment
- Frying pan
- Grill
Ingredients
- 1 Tortilla Wraps
- 3 tbsp Tomato sauce (Dolmio pasta sauce)
- ¼ cup Mozzarella (grated)
- 1 slice Prosciutto
- 1 handful Rocket leaves
- 1 tbsp Oil oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive in a frying pan big enough to fit your tortilla wrap.
- Start by adding and spreading the tomato sauce onto the wrap. Followed by the cheese and prosciutto.
- Gently pick up the corner of the wrap to check if the bottom has become lightly brown and crispy. If it has, then place it in the grill until the cheese is melted.
- Once out of the grill, serve on a place and place the rocket leaves on top.
Notes
Vegan/Vegetarian Adaptation: Use vegan cheese and substitute prosciutto for plant-based meat.
