Ingredients
1½tbspFresh or dried lavender (stems removed)
4tbspSugar
1cupWater (boiling water)
4Lemons (large)
1tbspHoney(to taste)
2cups Water(iced)
Instructions
In a bowl, add the lavender, sugar and boiling water. Stir to make sure the sugar dissolves. Set aside in the fridge. Be sure to let this sit for as long as possible if possible overnight.
Next, juice your lemons.
Strain your lavender out of the syrup you made in step one. You can throw away the lavender pieces or save them for garnish.
In your glasses or a jug, add your lemon juice, honey, water and a few tbsp of the lavender syrup you just made.
When done, add ice and serve with a lemon slice and any other garnishes you want!
